Itinerary
Day 1: Dibrugarh to Roing (150 km – 3 hours)
Excited to start your first day of the trip? So are we. Let us start today from Dibrugarh (which has an airport, well connected by rail and bus from Guwahati). On the way to Roing, we also pass through the longest bridge in India, Dhola Sadiya Bridge or Dr Bhupen Hazarika Setu which is 9.2 km long and built over River Brahmaputra. Check-in to a hotel by afternoon. In the evening, go for a drive to Dambuk, one of the serene places by the river side. Enjoy the evening sun while driving over Dibang River Bridge, which is one of the 6+ kms long.
Day 2: Roing to Anini via Mayodia/Mayodiya Pass (250 km – 8 hours)
We start early today as we have a long drive coming up. Start our exciting journey by visiting Mayodia Pass, highest pass in this region, and just about 1.5 hours away from Roing. Continue the journey to reach Anini by evening. Check in to our homestay and spend the evening by hearing the exciting local stories from the hosts.
Day 3: Anini – Mipi – Anini (4-5 hours)
A guide will introduce you to the beautiful Dibang Wildlife Sanctuary. Go for a small trek and quickly check your fitness levels. Visit Mipi village, which is the last/first village of India and know about the ancient way of living. Visit the local Kiwi and Orange farms, and if the locals permit, visit one of their houses to know more about them.
Day 4: Anini – Dri Valley
Today we will drive along the Dri River, and explore the beautiful river valley. The long and bumpy ride along the Dri River is perhaps goes through the most picturesque landscapes in the region. If you are adventurous, and are interested in camping, then there is a perfect location for you. However, be prepared, the nights can get very cold during the winters. If you do not want to take a chance in the chilled weather, we can head back to our homestay at Anini.
Day 5: Anini/Dri Valley – Roing (250 km – 8 hours)
After an exciting trip to Anini and Dibang Valley in Arunachal Pradesh, it is now time to head back. Start the day early to drive all the way back to Roing. Check-in to a hotel and relax.
Day 6: Roing – Dibrugarh (150 km – 3 hours)
The trip comes to and end today as we drop you to the airport / railway station at Dibrugarh / Tinsukia.

What to carry?
- Address proof of every traveller (mandatory)
- Face Masks (N95 or double masks), Hand sanitizer (mandatory)
- Comfortable Clothing and Footwear.
- Carry enough warm clothing as it will be freezing during winters (multiple layers of clothes, socks, gloves, caps etc)
- Materials required for camping will be provided. However, carry enough items to keep you warm during cold weather.
- Re-usable Water bottle. Avoid (buying) plastic water bottle
- Sunglasses, Cap / Hat, Umbrella
- Mobiles may run out of battery, so carrying a torch or flash light is preferrable
